I had to make time this morning to send a big THANK YOU to every one of you gals who took the time to visit my blog, read my long post and make such comforting comments. Your words of friendship and promises of prayers for my hubby's job situation have literally brought tears to my eyes. You are all so special...we may never meet, but we are friends none-the-less...and your caring ways have touched our hearts. I will slowly be responding to each one of you personally, but I wanted you to all know how much your kindness has meant to me.
The last two days have been particularly hard...as the reality of things have started to hit home. The Mister is beside me right now working on his resume and cover letters for two jobs he will be applying for...wish him luck!

Today is the final day for signing up for the Pin Keep Swap. I have 11 gals signed up, and could really use one more. Believe it or not, I have one gal who joined and already has her pin keep completed! She showed me a sneak peak and it is wonderful! I have my pattern all printed out and will be ready to start on it soon!

We met over a piece of fabric, she needed to "buy" a piece from me so I sent her a care package and of course didn't charge her. Eighteen years later, we are the best of friends - we never have met in person. (o:

Seems more and more people who have been long time workers are losing their jobs, sad times. I wish/pray your hubs finds work soon and all will be well again.
