Day 6 - Twelve Days of Christmas Share-a-thon

Sorry for the late post...it's been a busy weekend! Today I am sharing a recipe that I make every year...Peanut Butter Fudge!  It is so creamy and delicious - I bet you can't eat just one piece!

Day 6 - Wendy's Peanut Butter Fudge
3 c sugar
3/4 c butter
2/3 c evaporated milk
7 oz marshmallow cream (Fluff)
1 pkg (12 oz) peanut butter morsels
1 t vanilla extract
3/4 c chopped plain peanuts (optional)  -  I never use them

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evap. milk.  Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat.  Stir constantly.  Boil the mixture for 5 full minutes, then remove from heat and add the morsels, stirring until melted.  Next add the marshmallow cream and vanilla.  Stir until completely blended.  Pour into a foil lined pan (13 x 9) and chill until firm.  When chilled, remove from pan by lifting foil, place on cutting board and cut into serving size piece.  Enjoy - ooohhh so good!  I like this better than chocolate fudge, because it doesn't seem as rich.   Hope you like it too.
Enjoy your Sunday - today we are celebrating our son, Drew's birthday.  It was so special having a baby at Christmas time!  God bless - see you tomorrow for my next post in my
Twelve Days of Christmas Share-a-thon.
