Whether you are cheering for the

these tasty (and tested by us) recipes will make game time eats fun!
First off are these yummy ham and cheese sliders. They are simple to make and can be made the day before, then just heat them up when you are ready to eat!
HAM & CHEESE SLIDERS
This recipe makes 12 sliders, so double or triple depending on your crowd of hungry fans. I have been known to double the butter, mustard, worcestershire, brown sugar, onion and poppy seed, even when only making 12, to give them lots of extra flavor .
- ¾ cup melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard or Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 tsp Dried Minced Onion
- 12 King's Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 9 oz thin sliced Deli Ham
- 8 oz thin sliced Swiss Cheese
Combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls to make sandwiches. Remove tops and set aside.
Place roll bottoms into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Layer Ham onto roll bottoms.
Top the ham with the Swiss cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches.
Brush or pour the liquid mixture evenly over the rolls.
At this point you can either refrigerate overnight or you can pop them in the oven now.
Bake 20 minutes or until the rolls are lightly browned and cheese has melted.
Place individual sandwiches on a serving platter to serve.

I'll be back tomorrow with another GAME DAY recipe!
