My Christmas Swap with Theresa!

Hello Blogging friends
Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend.
I've been so busy the past week, that I did not have time to tell you about the
WONDERFUL SWAP
that Theresa of Dulaney Woods and I made.
We've been paired in a swap the past two Christmas times, so earlier this year we decided we enjoyed swapping during the holiday season so much, that we would just do it again this year on our own....well....let me tell you...once again I was so THRILLED by everything that Theresa sent to me!

Here is what my box of goodies looked like when I opened it!

Everything was beautifully wrapped in a vintage look paper - I hated to unwrap them.  I don't know where Theresa found this paper but it is so lovely!
Oh goodness....what is THIS peeking out from the side of the box???

Yes, I was tempted to yank on those feet and pull it out, but I forced myself to wait and unwrap each gift starting at the top and working my way down.

First I found a lovely note and Christmas card from Theresa....then...oh my...Theresa parted with some of her special candy (the Moro bars) and another bag of yummy treats too.  I have to tell you, I NOW understand why Theresa special orders those Moro bars...they are delicious!  SLURP!  I know it was a real sacrifice to share them with me Theresa!
Next, I was so very lucky to receive two wonderful hand-stitched ornies done by Theresa.
I just LOVE these - don't you?  The needlework is beautiful!
The next few packages I unwrapped contained all of these wonderful creations...
...a sweet snow gal, a gingerbread man and a lovely teacup pin cushion with hand-stitched tag.  I love pin keeps, so this was extra special.

Last but not least.....
this WONDERFUL BLACK SANTA with his stocking of goodies.  Isn't he grand?  I just love him!

Thank you so much Theresa for all of the wonderful goodies.  Your work is so beautiful and I will treasure each of these for years and years to come!  Santa is now sitting on the bench at the end of our bed...I'll share pictures of him soon.
THANK YOU THERESA!
We've already decided to swap again next year - we so enjoy creating for each other!
