Disappointments and other news

I'm now in Day Number 6 of 'not following any blogs', and while I can view them in google reader, I am just wondering how much longer Blogger will take to fix this problem.  I know I am not alone, but this is getting a bit tiresome.

Yesterday I received my dress for Drew's wedding...In a couple of words - I hate it!  I'm trying to not let it bother me, but demanding a refund from the maker....the dress looks like a cheap imitation of the original and I will not be wearing it at the wedding...very poorly made.


Okay...now onto brighter things!  Drew graduates from college on Saturday!  We are so proud of him and you can be sure I will be posting pictures next week.  Sunday we are going to get a chance to show the kids our new house - they haven't seen it yet!  Friday, Drew's fiancee, Maria, flies in from Minnesota, so I've been busy getting the house tidy and preparing her room.  Next Saturday we are showering her with love and best wishes at a Bridal Shower...so lots to do in the next couple of weeks.  I'll try to keep up with what everyone is doing, but if I don't post or make comments on your posts...you know why !  Have a lovely day everyone.

    Hello Wendy- I just wanted to let you know that I had the same problem as you did. I couldn't follow Blogs for 5 days, from Fri and they just magically appeared at 8p.m last nite.(tues) So, hopefully yours will come back soon. This was so frustrating...I will pray that yours comes back soon!

    It is terrible that you don't like the dress but you have some wonderful things going on so find a dress that you love and dismiss the rest..enjoy graduation and the wedding. Dianntha
