Crazy week so far!

I had promised to make another post last night, but I got so busy working on wedding lists and invites for Drew's wedding in July that I never made it.  Today was just as busy.  I went to church in the morning, then helped our priest set up a blog on Blogger!  We only had a little bit of time, so I promised to come back later in the day.  I had been invited out to lunch by some ladies from church, so I needed to head out.  Lunch was fun and I did a little shopping afterwards - got myself a few new things that I probably didn't need, then hurried back to  help our priest again.  Then it was off to meet my hubby so we could look again at a house we looked at on Sunday...this is for our son, Drew....not us.  It's a foreclosure sale and in need of a lot of TLC, but the potential for this old home is so great...that I get excited just thinking about it!  We need to find out a few more financial things before trying to make a decision, but I'll keep you posted.

Tomorrow I actually get to stay home!  I don't have the car, because Mr. Whimzie needs it to take to work - his truck has brake line issues that are getting fixed  at the shop tomorrow.  I think I'll try to get up early and get lots of things done...one of which is to post pictures of the swap package that I received yesterday from Roberta at Cottonwood Lane Primitives.  She spoiled me and I can't wait to show you what she sent me!!  I may even get into the laundry room to put up that wallpaper I posted about so very long ago !  I'm actually enjoying the lull in orders so I can get some long overdue things done.

I also want to finish up my Uncle Sam and start another one and another Lady Liberty as well (since she sold right away)...plus...I need to start working on my pin keep too....always so much to keep me busy.
Have a great evening all - see you tomorrow

  2. Sounds like it will be nice just to be home today. You were certainly busy. I love days where I can just stay home and do my own thing.

    Happy Wednesday!
