I'm perplexed...

I just learned yesterday afternoon that one of my good blogging buddies has been commenting on my posts occasionally, but I have not received notice of those comments.  I am getting comments here and there, but never hers...now I am concerned that others have made comments on my blog, and I have not received them either.  Have any of you noticed that your comments haven't been reviewed and posted?  Have any of you had the same thing happen on your own blog?  I haven't been able to find any information on Blogger, and I haven't changed my settings at all.

    My blogger has this announcement: We have enabled automatic spam detection for comments. You should occasionally check the comments in your spam inbox.

    I don't know if that will solve your problem, but it's worth checking to see if the comments are in your spam section. I read a couple other blogspot users have this problem.

    Here are the steps I just took...I went to design, comments, awaiting moderation and found 77 comments! I deleted most of them...they were anonymous JUNK but I had about a dozen that were regular emails from blogs I know! So THANK YOU for mentioning this! I knew that some got stuck in 'awaiting moderation' but I had forgotten to check it! HUGS! Hope you find yours! ♥♥♥

    Wendy here's a thought too sometime if I
    try and leave a commnet, the system seems
    to works very slow I have others Bloggers say
    the same thing how slow the system works at
    times..
    I also Checked out everything you girls suggested and found nothing..

    I know I when to ok a commnet and never posted so I believe Blog has some issues...
    what I think and it's so odd :-(

    I don't have that problem since I don't have to verify my comments. But I wonder if you have gotten my comments.

    Hi Wendy, I'm not positive on this, but some of the gadgets we add to our blogs may cause some intergerence or bog down your blog. For ex. the falling snowflakes. I tried them once and people told me that my blog was loading very slow so I took it off and all was good. Good luck:)

    Me again:) Also depending on how you have your comments set up, it takes three or four steps to leaving a comment. A visiter just can't leave a comment, click and leave, because you have to wait and enter the code word too.
