Flashback Friday again!

Wow, did this week fly by!  Hubby was off to Maryland on business, and I took the opportunity to spend a lot of time catching up with orders, swaps and my PIF projects.  My sewing closet did not get completed before he had to leave, so I have been struggling to find things in the unorganized mess.   He returned home late last night....and just in time, as we are hunkering down for yet another winter storm...fun fun.

My Flashback Friday picture today is of my older sis and I, enjoying what looks like a very chilly May day in 1962.  I was a chubby baby and child, until I was about 4.

Tomorrow we are meeting with 4 other couples and getting together for a Valentine's dinner....we missed doing this last year and I am really looking forward to it.  Let's hope the storm is long gone by then.

Going to finish up some orders today and get them packed up and ready to go.

I want to say a special thank you to those who bid in the Auction for Angie that I held yesterday...and a special thanks to Theresa of Dulaney Woods Treasures for her winning bid!

Have a safe and blessed weekend everyone!

  4. Aww, now Wendy you don't look like a chubby little girl. Blessings and congrats to Theresa for her good deed. I'm finally getting those old crocks Angie has had for awhile, and that I've wanted for a long time :)

  9. Great photo - I remember dressing like that too. Love the ankle socks - we used to call them "ankies"
