Flashback Friday continues

Hello friends - hope you have been staying warm!  We've been below zero at night and only into the single digits during the day.  The wood stove is going non-stop.  I've been busy sewing, painting and organizing around the house.  I am determined to get a lot of unfinished projects done!  I started the week by cleaning up the office, where the Mister and I have our computers, printers, and wall of bookshelves.  It is so much nicer now.  He and I are going to have a big project on our hands this weekend, as we build a custom closet for my sewing room, which at present has no closet at all...yikes...no place to hide my mess!  I'll snap some pics of this and some of my other projects to share next week.

Today is Flashback Friday!  I'm sharing a picture of Mr. Whimzie's grandfather, Henry Moorman, pictured here proudly standing in his garden in 1961.  I never had a chance to meet him, but I did meet Chris' grandmother...what a sweet, lovely woman (who, incidentally, snored like an old bear!) I have a picture in mind for next week that will show Henry as a young man...you'll love it!

Head on over to Martha's blog, Seaside Simplicity, to join in the Flashback Friday fun - she has some great pictures posted this week.

Have a blessed weekend everyone.  Stay warm and safe!
